Team kick off

Are you in a team leadership role, your team has just been set up and you would like to start off with the basic foundations which will set you up for success? If so, I offer virtual, hybrid and face 2 face workshops from two hours to a full day depending on the modules you would like to cover:

  • Getting to know each other (ice-breakers, games, working styles, personality types)

  • Defining the team purpose: why the team exists

  • Working together: values, agreements, ways of working, visualising work, and goals

Are you in a team leadership role and there is some tension or conflict between team members and/or you would like to create a culture of constructive and honest feedback?
